The initial consultation fee must be fully paid before your appointment.
Your appointment is not confirmed until payment has been received. If you have questions about payment, please contact our office before your scheduled meeting.

Parking & Entrance
When you arrive:
Park in the parking spaces located on the right side of the building.
Walk through the fence gate.
Continue until you see our large Immigrant Connection New England sign.
Follow the sign to the entrance
A member of our team will welcome you, and you will meet with Rachel, our DOJ Representative, to discuss your immigration questions and next steps.
During Your Appointment
Your appointment is a time for us to learn about your situation and determine how we can best assist you.
Depending on your case, you may:
Discuss your immigration questions
Review any documents you have brought with you
Receive guidance about possible next steps
If we determine that we are able to represent you, you will also review and sign a Client Services Agreement.
After Your Appointment
Once your appointment is complete, we will let you know the next steps for your case. This may include gathering additional documents, completing immigration forms, and scheduling follow-up appointments.
We are committed to keeping you informed throughout the process and answering your questions along the way.
Fees & Payment
If we move forward with your case, we will review any applicable fees with you before beginning work.
What to Bring
To help us serve you as efficiently as possible, please bring:
A government-issued photo ID
Your passport (if available)
Notices or letters you have received from USCIS
Any immigration documents related to your case

Note: Unfortunately, we cannot represent clients in immigration court. If you are already in removal proceedings (you have an NTA or a court date), then we can connect you to other resources but cannot take on your case.
